Sunday Services

10:30 am in the UU Fellowship Hall, 801 Jefferson St, Klamath Falls.

Sunday, February 3rd:
Faith Marsalli, Quaker Minister, will be sharing a Quaker’s perspective on peacemaking and how her faith has informed a greater desire to bring people of differing views together to respectfully listen.  How can we “be the change we want to see happen” in the public forum, building bridges of greater understanding and compassion for those with whom we disagree?

Sunday, February 10th:
Alison Duren-Sutherland: Do-It-Yourself Prophecy
Unitarian Universalism is a living faith, and its prophets are still speaking, urging us to “confront powers & structure of evil with justice, compassion and the transforming power of love.” The world needs our principles more than ever, and this service will invite us both to seek our own UU truths and share them with the world, and also to listen respectfully to the prophets in our midst sharing their own experiences of oppression.

Sunday, February 17th:
Sophie Nathanson, OIT professor,  speaks about results of her research on food sufficiency issues in the Klamath Basin. Marilynn is service leader.

Sunday, February 24th:
